Our dining room

For those of you who haven't had the privilege of visiting us, here is a photo of our "dining room". Although, I'm not really sure why we call it that. We don't actually dine there.
This table was acquired shortly before we got married for about $15 or $20 from a friend of a mom of a friend of my husband. How d'ya like that one? :)
I thought I better get a picture while the house was still in order...probably won't last much longer!

magically my laptop and books and other junk is gone. I wish I knew how to use that magic. Oh wait, it's called not being a lazy bum....maybe some day I'll be a anti-clutter person...... eh.....probably not. But I gotta tell ya, that table really shines.
You know, I just got this sweet idea. Maybe we can keep this table until it gets super old and faded and then people won't know if it's a brown wood chair... er, table or a green one. Hmmmm.......

So if you don't dine at the table, where do you eat? I actually didn't post our dining room but it also has some very nice curtains that mommy made. My house would be dull without her!

Hey Bean I was able to get on the computer at work for a few minutes so I thought I would say Hi. We got your packages in the mail on Wednesday and I love both of them. Don't know why you thought I already had a windchime but I didn't and the funny thing is I was just thinking that I should go look for one to hang on my front porch to go with my hammock. Z put it up and it is fabulous. Hope had a good time swinging in it too.

This is a long drawn out explanation of my link, but here you go. One time Brenda took Lauri, Caleb and me to starbucks and I noticed a black and white picture of a fat bride on the wall, so I turned to Lauri and said that's really strange that they would have a picture of a bride on the wall and that she is fat, because they usually only put pictures of skinny people on display. Lauri totally agreed with me,but Brenda became very offended and said I was prejudice against fat people. This of course is not true but you can't try telling Brenda that she just doesnt beleive me.

Wasn't that table larger when we were there?

B says "Thanks for the patch, it was perfect!"
