About to go on the market!

We met with our realtor yesterday. We're using the same lady who helped us buy our house. She said she was shocked to hear that we are moving...but somehow I tend to think she was probably one of the least shocked people, considering we haven't even talked to her in over a year! Anyway, it went well enough, I guess. She doesn't think we'll have a problem selling it, but she did say the average sell time is about 30-40 days.
We have a lock box on our front door and the sign will go up in the yard tomorrow. Soon our house will be on lots of internet sites, too, and I think that'll be what sells it! We told A&M the big news yesterday, and that was the one of the hardest parts to me. Ashley is my best friend here, so I was sad to tell her we'll be leaving. Anyway, it went pretty well, and we also got in 7 episodes of 24: season 5! (Give us a break, it was a cold, windy day...and season 6 starts next week!!)
Well, tomorrow starts another week of long workdays. I'm scheduled for 10.5 hours Monday, but I think Tuesday will only be 10. Wednesday I'm taking a day off for no particular reason, and I'm quite looking forward to it!
Hope everyone's January is off to a great start!

Does your real estate lady send you nice little recipe cards? Ours does. If yours isn't, well all I can say is, it looks like its time for a new real estate agent. Weird I know, but I was actually wondering about whether or not it would be difficult for you both to say goodbye to your new friends that only have letters for names.

I don't know what grammar thing Kayla is talking about...but I'm pretty sure she meant "you're welcome".
Our real estate lady sends us calendars and schedules of the spurs games, but sadly, no recipe cards.

You should make sure that you take a picture of your first house that you are selling. You might have to start scrapbooking with me when you come home. It's like the magnet that Alicia got me for Chistmas- if it's not in the scrapbook it didn't happen. Or if that doesn't appeal to you then you can watch Emily so that I can scrapbook.

I hope your house stuff all works out well. I'd be pretty bummed too, if I were Ashley! But I'd be stinkin' stoked if I were Brenda.... well, I'm not talking about the baby part, I'm talking about the part that means you'd be moving close to me. :) Love you!

I'm just hoping we can finish 24 before we have to move. Oh and I also hope we sell in two days. Eh, maybe not so much. Anyway, I hope work feels fast and the brokers are nice. I love you frijole.

Maybe you should watch 24 episodes of 7. Just a thought.

Ummmm... I would think you would know what grammar thing I am talking about as the phrase 1 people thought of something to say is not exactly correct... so because I am such a kind person, I like to make sure that if I'm first commentor that I fix that for you. And yes, you're welcome is the right way to say it, glad you caught my mistake : )
