workin' hard

J is taking a couple of hours off work today to go to a huge job fair.
Would y'all join us in praying that he won't be nervous and that we will continue to seek God's will in this? We realize we may still be in the beginning of a long search, and we need to trust God and not worry. J only has about 2 weeks of work left!!!
Thanks for your prayers for him today!

UPDATE: Apparently this alleged "huge job fair" was totally lame. But no worries, there is another one tomorrow. Hopefully it will be...not lame.

We will pray that your fruity husband will not appear as such during these trying times! There is a music position open at our church, doesn't pay much, but great benefits!

heck, there is a pastor and youth pastor postion too. He could fill all three at once. Come on just move back to sunny CA. As an added bonus you could see your niece/nephew all the time. What could be better

Was there cotton candy and a merry-go-round at this fair? If not, then no wonder it was lame! Anyway, yes I will pray for you\him.

Playing music/making money/needing a job. Hmmm, maybe if I go downtown, I can just start playing and people will be so astounded at my skills and just give me money. Great idea. I'm so smart.
But seriously; You're the man bean!

Katie & Jay, we join with you and the family in praying for the job situation. Keep in mind, that at times God is leaving you in a position of depending solely on Him. Just ask your Uncle Randy!!! Waiting for God's action is always worth the wait. We love you, and will be anxious to hear how God is working in your lives. COG
