Learn from my mistake
Just because it's only 65* does not mean that you won't get sunburned.
In fact, I have an iPod shaped white spot to prove it!
I went running yesterday with my iPod in my armband. I'm in pain today. The picture is from yesterday, but I think the burn looks worse today. My face hurts, too.
I guess that's what happens when you get super white from being inside all day.
BTW, apparently "&" is not a valid character in the labels.

Hey, Katie! So sorry about the sunburn. All of us, or most of us, can identify with that! I bet if Emily could talk yet, she would say "Poor Ant Katie"! G-dad and I have found, thru experience, that a menthol shave cream gives the best relief from the pain, and quicker healing. Just spread it on (it will feel yucky!) and reapply when it evaporates. Seriously, that is what we used on our kids, and grandkids, and ourselves! Ask your dad. Love you bunches, and are praying for a sale on your house.
Dude, that is a sweet burn. Plus I love being a Llama too. Awesome! Hope the burn gets better soon.

KEM, when someone tells you to run until you feel the burn, they do NOT mean it literally. Anyway, I know how to get around it and save your day. Wear the iPod over your face. That way, no worries about a burn on your face, and you still get to hear your tunes. No, don't thank me now.
I like U.R.'s idea! I haven't had any sunburns yet this year, but maybe today. I can only hope!
We did do the shoot on Friday but little miss DID NOT work with me. She ate and pooped more than I took pics. I took a total of 30. yeah thats it!
But Brenda said she was going to post the dedication soon. Emily weighs 9 lbs already. She can eat!
I think you need the apple symbol on the other arm to match the ipod.
Bless your heart! It is a pretty cool sunburn though. My best one was the time I put sunscreen all over Kara and Lindsay and then wiped it off my hands onto my legs. Stripes! Real nice.
